We provide members with a variety of activities and events throughout the year. They are categorised under Weekly activities and events, which are held each semester. Members are given free entry to these activities and events. However, non-members are encouraged to register for membership or donate a gold coin (or two) upon entry.
If there are any questions you would like to ask, feel free to contact us, or speak to our friendly committee members, who are available at any activity or event.
Comments and/or suggestions are welcome as well.

At the moment, AniCu has only two weekly activities on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Tuesdays (as we like to call it) are held in the Humanities Common Room (209.224) and is run for almost the entire day. It is primarily an environment where you can lay back, meet other members, and socialise. There will also be a free screening, where members are allowed decide what to play from our library of unlicensed anime. Food and beverages are also available for sale.
Wednesday screenings are held during the Common Free Time at the Jones Lecture Theater (402.220). On Wednesdays we'll be screening a line-up of 3 anime series and season previews of anime currently airing in Japan, providing some entertainment as you are having lunch. Snacks and drinks will also be provided during the screenings.

AniCu hosts several types of events throughout the year, usually during the tute-free week(s) during each semester and the semester breaks. In the past we have hosted Anime Movie Marathons, Laser Tag, and Gaming Events. However, our events aren't limited to just those types. Our committee members hold regular meetings with each other to discuss new ideas for events. We also take suggestions from members into account, so please don't hesitate to suggest any ideas you may have.
The usual plan is to have at least one anime marathon a year. The line-up for these marathons are made up of exclusive OVAs and Movies that are unreleased in Australia. Besides anime marathons, we also host regular laser tag events, a favourite among the committee and members.
Our biggest event of the year, co-organised with other Perth anime clubs and groups, is AniGames, a video games competition with prizes to be won. Besides competitions of popular console games, there are also extra consoles, and board games available.
There isn't pre-planned schedule for when these events occur. So check the front page or our forums regularly, or follow us on twitter (@AniCu) for any announcements. Details will be provided then.
